The hospitality of the hotel staff and their prompt actions to provide shuttle service left a lasting impression. I enjoyed the delicious pizza offered on weekends and the location was great for exploring nearby Eolie islands. Cleanliness and the breakfast selection were impressive.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel during my recent trip. the location was perfect for those travelling by car, with parking available on site. the staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, even offering a delicious breakfast. the room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. I also appreciated the beautiful view of the surrounding area from my window.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow and spotty at times.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk to the town center where you can find many shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs during the Easter weekend. We were also happy to find that the hotel had free Wi-Fi and allowed pets to stay for no extra charge.
The room was quite outdated and in need of renovations. the bathroom was musty and had a strange smell.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. They made me feel at home even though I was far away from it. They even woke me up for breakfast, which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect, close to many attractions in the city. Another advantage was the delicious pizza available on the weekend.
Honestly, there were no real negatives during my stay. The only thing that could be improved would be the soundproofing of the rooms, as they let in some noise from the street outside.
